Hi, I’m Madeline.
she/her • currently based in British Columbia
I have been creating for as long as I can remember. My work in the world exists as a bridge between many worlds: digital and analog; the experience of a young queer person influenced by previous generations; the discourse of media as truth and media as noise.
I am multifaceted across various mediums, beginning with videography in my teens, and later on exploring photography and graphic design in post-secondary. I now incorporate all of these skills, plus website design and communications, under the umbrella of creative mastery through storytelling. This means creating purpose-driven solutions for both solo entrepreneurs and organizations that are seeking authentic, accessible, and artistic ways to bring their messaging to the world.
I have a BFA (‘22) from the University of Lethbridge, whereafter I onboarded with reGEN impact media and produced a feature documentary, titled Coming Home For the Children, in 2023. Since then, my freelancing projects have involved the Stations of the Cross crowdfunding campaign for Karen Brodie Designs, and the cover design and digital identity for Corey McAuliffe’s debut memoir, 23 Dates with My Dead Dad.
I value my creative relationships in all that they teach me; I’m lucky to have had many great mentors and influences throughout my career thus far. Something I’m working on right now is finding sustainability in my work while seeking experiences in the world that both spark joy and also challenge my way of thinking. Curiosity is a bridge that I remind myself to cross often.

Testimonials:
From Katherine Lazaruk, AICI CIP, PCC — Lazaruk Consulting, Inc.:
“I called Madeline as I needed a book cover design within a week to meet the publisher’s deadline. I sent her a sketch of my idea for the cover and within two days she had returned a series of samples. With a few more back and forth emails that week, she delivered the cover and all required files according to the publisher’s specifications right in time to meet the deadline. I was very appreciative of her professionalism and creative skill as well as her speed. 10/10, no notes.”
From Corey McAuliffe, PhD — UBC Professor, Curator, and Author:
“Madeline has an uncanny ability to listen deeply and translate half-formed ideas into something far better than I could have articulated. She combines creativity and intuition in a way that makes her work aligned with my vision while elevating it beyond what I imagined; my brand now feels professional and authentic, and this foundation will help grow my business and book sales. On a personal level, Madeline is a delight to work with. She is encouraging, thoughtful, and the kind of teammate who elevates everyone around her. I trust her instincts completely. She’s the type of colleague you want to grab coffee with to spark ideas.”
